We invite you to participate in the upcoming series of tasting dinners. The event is aimed at those looking for an interesting way to spend their evenings, where taste, aesthetics, meetings with people, and conversations about the passion for cooking are the main themes. Each dinner is a culinary journey built on seasonal ingredients and an original interpretation of flavors.
The first dinner Bread and Fire is a story about what is primary and close to nature. The chef of Harmony Valley Resort Ivan Svyschuk invited to cook together Chef Kacper Sawoń from the Wrocław restaurant Gustaw.
Kacper Sawoń comes from Masuria and came to Lower Silesia to work at the Boreczna restaurant as deputy head chef under the supervision of Wojtek Harapkiewicz. He also developed his skills in prestigious restaurants such as the two-Michelin-starred Bottiglieria 1881 and Epoka in Warsaw, recommended by Michelin.

Flavors of Poland - A Journey Through Time
Chef: A.Sawka (Polanka Movenpick Restaurant), V.Skulinets (Arche Monastery Restaurant) and I.Svyschuk (Terra Restaurant)
The second tasting dinner from our original series will take place at a special time — on Polish Independence Day. And this is exactly how we want to celebrate it - together at the table.
It will be an evening built around Polish culinary tradition, but told in a contemporary language. The creators of these interesting experiences will be the Chefs: Andrzej Sawka, Volodymyr Skulinets, and Ivan Svyschuk.
Andrzej Sawka - a chef with 12 years of experience, gained in 4* and 5* hotels in Poland and Germany. He built his position, among others, as Sous Chef at the 5* Radisson Blue Resort Świnoujście hotel, where he managed the Oyster restaurant. For 6 years he has been developing his career in the Karkonosze Mountains, where he was responsible for the opening and management of hotel restaurants: Tremonti, Bergo (where he co-created the restaurant with Mateusz Gessler) and the first 5* hotel in Poland under the Movenpick brand at the Polanka restaurant in Karpacz. Winner of 2 Gault&Millau toques and multiple laureate of the ranking Poland 100 Best Restaurants. Nominated by the "Yellow Guide" for the title of Young Talent of the Year 2026.
Volodymyr Skulinets began his professional career in 2012 in the gastronomy and hotel industry, drawing culinary inspiration earlier during a stay in Italy, where he encountered a culture based on product quality, simplicity of cooking, and respect for tradition. Volodymyr Skulinets gained experience both in restaurant gastronomy and in projects involving private dining and original tasting dinners. He is connected to the Wrocław culinary scene and serves as the head chef of the restaurant at Arche Klasztor Wrocław, where he develops a concept of modern cuisine inspired by locality and high product quality.Ivan Svyschuk - Head Chef at Happy Valley Resort and Harmony Valley Resort. He combines technical precision with great sensitivity to flavor and presentation aesthetics. He gained professional experience in restaurants and hotel facilities, working in international teams of chefs and developing his skills in tasting cuisine and premium gastronomy.
