The central breakfast spot is the live cooking area, where favorite hot breakfast dishes are prepared on the spot by our chefs. Complementing the menu is a rich buffet of cold sides, aromatic coffee, and a selection of desserts. The restaurant space opens onto the pool terrace and mountain panorama — creating a natural backdrop for an unhurried morning.

Who is the boss here?

The head chef is Ivan Svyschuk. A young, extremely ambitious, and conscious chef. His cuisine is based on high-quality products. Seasonality and locality are not just slogans here—they are inflected in all cases. The cooking style relies on contrasts of textures and temperatures, details, and high aesthetics of dishes. It is a product-based cuisine, strongly referencing Nordic minimalism—dishes pure in form, and the cooking technique emphasizes the quality of the raw material.

This cooking style is also a return to balance, where less means more, and the flavor tells a story about the season, place, climate, and nature.
