Attractions in the area
- It is one of the oldest, most popular and best-located mountain huts in the Karkonosze Mountains.
- Situated on a plateau beneath Łabski Szczyt at an elevation of 1168 m above sea level, it was established between 1618 and 1648, where it initially served as a shelter for shepherds and travelers.
- After a fire in 1914 the mountain hut was rebuilt, and shortly afterward another level was added.
- From this spot you can see Szklarska Poręba, the Jelenia Góra Valley, the Izera Mountains, and, in very good visibility, the outlines of the distant Ostrzyca.
